A somewhat informal interview process, but next rounds were scheduled within hours of an interview. 1st-round recruiter interview wanted to schedule me for the next round almost immediately. However, after all 3 rounds of interviews, company goes silent for weeks before a recruiter calls to tell me that I did not get the position due to “a misalignment”.
