I got shortlisted by LinkedIn followed by a discussion with HR. A call was scheduled with the interviewer and the discussion was around the experience in payments and implementation. This person, not sure if it was his bias nature or what but only wanted to hear what he has implemented. When asked him more about their product he asked me to rather go to google and search. was further approached for an assignment round which I refused to solve because of my 1st round experience.

Interviewed me till final round and then simply went off radar. When I asked for clarity about my status, I was given some excuse about recruitment indefinitely freezed due to an audit going on. This was hard to believe because I saw a new opening on jobsites for the same position the next day. All I expected was transparency and some respect for my time. More disappointed about the lack of transparency than not getting an offer.
