The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Payless ShoeSource (Moorestown, NJ) in May 2016
Interview
I applied online and in less than a week they called me to come in for an interview like 3 days later. I went in and the interviewer was a really nice woman who led me back to her "office". First told me a lot about their company, then went over my application and then asked me some questions.

In person interview with the store manager. Super easy. Few questions about your skills and then the manager will test you with a simulation exercice. The manager will give you a shoe and you'll have to sell it to her.
Friendly interviewer who was very kind and courteous about the process and next steps to get hired. I ended up accepting another job and did not proceed with a second interview.
