The hiring and interview process was not extremely difficult if you are promoted from within. You are asked the expected questions, where do you see yourself in 5 years, in 10 years. How do you handle stress, how much do you expect to be paid. All of the answers you give are based on past experiences including both work or outside of work, for example school, volunteer work, or recreational activities.

Hiring process is pretty easy. You get called in for an interview with store manager, if you are a good potential you get scheduled for a 2nd interview. The most successful candidate is called back and an offer is made.
