I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Paymetric (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2019
Interview
The interview process was quite extensive: an initial call with the recruiter, a phone call with the hiring manager, a dinner with the hiring manager, three additional phone interviews (sales team member, technology team member, and someone in the role) and a final panel presentation. My initial phone call was in mid October and had officially been professionally "ghosted" by January 1st. The corporate recruiter worked very diligently to manage my expectations and guide me through the hiring process, yet it still fell a bit short. It should also be noted that I had two "no shows" for the phone interviews and was never formally rejected for the position, despite a few inquiries.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Was asked to walk through how I would conduct a typical business review with an existing customer. This is a pretty common question and one that was easy to answer.
All other line of questioning was pretty typical for the position.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paymetric (Houston, TX) in Jan 2014
Interview
The interview process was pretty Straight forward. Initially received a call from the Agency and referred to the manager. There was 2 rounds of Technical interview and 1 round of Functional interview. The manager round was the last round.
