Applied online and was screened with a phone interview from their talent acquisition specialist team. Then, I was invited on-site to their Seattle office for a formal interview.
Interview lasted a total of four hours with four different teams - lasting an hour each. I was asked a series of behavioral and technical questions based on my professional work history.
The teams handling the behavioral questions centered on team impact, situational awareness, and professional workplace ethics. Make sure to read and review the company's mission statement and incorporate that into your STAR examples.
During the technical interview, I was given an IDE and I had to debug and troubleshoot a broken React UI component that called data on-screen from a back-end.
