I got a phone call and was asked basic interview questions like what's my strengths, my weaknesses, what programming languages do I know, previous experience, personal projects, etc. After that, I was called in for an on-site interview. A group of developers interviewed me. Some questions were fun while others were basic development questions. Overall, it seems like a good place to work but I was offered terrible compensation with no holidays off and barely any benefits. Declined and went else where.
