phone screen/management interview/team interview. all team members must like you and have positive feedback if not they would not move forward with you. overall friendly environment. some team members were quiet, did not have any questions or the most inviting demeanor.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pearl Law Group (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
The interview consisted of three steps:
1. Phone Screen
2. In person Interview with hiring managers and HR
3. Interview with Partners at the firm
Interview process was straight forward and easy. There was an exam that just tests your spelling and attention to detail during the first in-person interview but it is nothing to worry about. Everyone was kind and clear about next steps. Whole process took around 2-3 weeks.

Question 1
Q. How will this position help you achieve your future goals?
I interviewed at Pearl Law Group (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
The interview consisted of three parts: a writing, logic, and computer skills test, a first round of in-person interviews with different teams, and a second round of in-person interviews.
Each interview was relaxed with general questions about prior immigration experience and knowledge. The questions were more aimed at fit for the company. The overall impression was a company of highly qualified attorneys and staff with a relaxed, employee-centric attitude.
There were two downsides in the interview process:
1) Although the skills test was easy, it left a bad aftertaste and was at odds with the company's image. Competency with basic logic and language skills could be better assessed in the interview, along with more technical questions on immigration.
2) Too many interviewers. At the end of the process, I was not sure who my primary supervisor and coworkers would ultimately be, a critical concern in making a decision to accept employment.
