The initial screen was a Woven assessment, which was 3 parts, a debugging problem, a coding problem, and a code review problem. After that you are sent to an onsite, this can range from 2-4 interviews based on what the recruiter told me. The behavioural / leadership interview asked 5-6 questions. The questions that were asked were worded in a very strange way.
System design is very standard.
In the technical interview I was given an very open ended question, which required a lot of probing to understand the solution. Unfortunately my interviewer had no interest in me from the get go. I would ask questions, and get no response, or if I was lucky: "yes", "no", or " I don't know". The interviewer was clearly working on something else in the background. This lead to me failing to solve the technical challenge. After the interview I asked a few questions, the interviewer struggled to find anything good to say about the company, or why they liked working there.
I got a very negative feeling from the interviewers on the onsite. They seemed cold, distant and like they had other things that they would rather be doing. I received a rejection but I would have turned down the offer based off the on-site
