Peco Pallet interview questions

Interviewed with HR, Interviewed with Supervisor/Manager on a phone call. However I felt my time and energy wasn't respected, the lack of communication, no response to emails or phone calls unanswered and length of time to find out whether an offer was going to be made or not has been the worst with any job I've ever applied for. Respect people time, an email saying yes or no only takes 5mins of your day. We're people to trying to make it in this world. Anything exceeding 3 weeks deserves a simple follow up.
