Interview
The interview process was absolutely pitiful. Don the owner bragged and boasted about himself repetitively during the interview and didn’t seem interested in my skills. I was informed that the turnover rate was high with a revolving door and they needed strong dependable nurses - Understood. I now understand why there is a revolving door with this agency. Had I had known that I would be retaliated against for not agreeing to falsify documentation for this agency, I would have busted the door down to get out of their office. . . LESSON LEARNED.
