They lie in the interview and is a simple sales job to sell internet don’t be fooled about the management program.
They try to say how they have been so many applicants and you have been shortlisted that Is a lie as they wanna display fake superiority

The HR representative was helpful and very friendly, questions really gave me the chance to show off who I really am. Hope to get the job! Cleveland is the best people!
Went through two rounds of interviews only to find out it is a mlm scam. Don’t fall for this company. They will hire anyone and my interview process included a 600 person zoom call.
