Pelican International interview questions

Two phones calls then followed by a one to one interview with the HR manager. Then followed with an interview with the CEO and another manager where I was asked to do a power point presentation of ideas, products idea, marketing and business development all in English. All the time the manager was noting my ideas and product development ideas. CEO was shocked by the ideas of going to other possibilities that can bring more revenues;
