I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pella (Cleveland, OH) in Jan 2018
Interview
Four process scenario in which you would think for a company that stresses personal growth they would actually value an individual with those characteristics. First stage post submission of application is a phone interview, than a phone interview with the manager, direct face to face interview with the manager and than a 'panel' which is basically meeting with the 'good ol' boys club'. If you don't have a 'chach' slick back grease hair sales personality no need to to even consider. Total waste of time and energy. The bottom line is 'how many hours can you grind and meet our sales numbers'. They could give a rats hoot about real character.

Question 1
NO need to prepare. Completely amateur hour. They will base it all off whether or not your meet their boys club requirements.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pella (Indianapolis, IN) in Apr 2024
Interview
It was the best interview process I have been through. They try to take care of you and make your experience unforgettable. I was flown out, they got me a hotel, got me lunch and coffee, and covered all of it.
quick and everyone was nice. ended up not pursuing the position but the people I spoke with were nice. seems like a great fit for someone looking to get into sales.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pella (Tampa, FL) in Aug 2023
Interview
The interview went great but they said they chose another candidate. I continued to see the active posting as the position was still not filled. I would have rather known why I was not chosen than be lied to.
