The interview process was conducted over Microsoft Teams remotely. The recruiter was late getting on the call, which I understood. Explained the company and job responsibilities. The recruiter made is seem like I was moving forward to the next step, but never contacted me back. After e-mailing, I finally received a response that I would not be moving forward.
