This was one of the most disappointing interview experiences I've had. The overall approach of the interview process felt unprofessional and lacked transparency. There was a noticeable lack of communication post-interview; after I sent a thank-you email, I received no acknowledgment or information about the next steps. When I followed up a few weeks later, the response I received felt dismissive and unprofessional. Additionally, there was no mention of the pay package range in the job description, which led to a surprising and disappointing offer during the interview, far below industry standards given my qualifications and the standard within the industry for similar roles. This experience raised concerns for me about the company’s awareness of market conditions and the potential work culture, particularly regarding how they value their employees. Based on this experience, I would advise potential candidates to carefully consider whether this environment aligns with their career goals and values. I wouldn't recommend experienced professionals to even consider reading the JD's coz it would be a sheer waste of time.
