Very to the point and relaxed. The job isn't hard itself so they really just want to make sure you can talk to people and act in a professional manner. Obviously a plus if you are into fitness.

Horrible interview process! To top things off, Montebello Warehouse has no social distancing protocols except a small bottle of hand sanitizer.
Received an email with two others ccd. Asked for availability. Responded and got a confirmation. Replied to confirm address, cause no address listed. Nothing from all three emails.
Decided to go to the interview. Place was not like a Peloton studio. Broken couches and a bunch of guys hanging around the break room like normal, no masks.
Asked them to get one of the contacts. Guy came back and said contact would come out shortly, and gave me a health questionnaire to complete.
Twenty minutes go by and I've seen maybe 30 people come and go. No distancing, but some groups were wearing masks.
At 25 minutes, I email one of the contacts saying I'm here and if they are not coming out and are busy, I've got another appointment and will be leaving.
So unprofessional. So disorganized. Peloton, you guys should be ashamed of your Montebello Warehouse operation. As bad as Equinox! All facade, but when you get down to the nitty gritty, so many problems underneath.
If your clients were to come to this location, they would never purchase your product. So glad I left. Waste of time.
