Started with a recruiter contacting me. Overview of pay and expectations. In depth interview with unit managers; thoughtful questions and interested responses. Quick response time around 1-2weeks with their decision. Gives you 24 hours to consider the position.

What was one learning experience you had in clinical?
Completed over zoom and included the leadership on the unit. Received virtual tour of the floor. I had only interacted with the recruiter until the interview and the offer was presented by the recruiter.
I applied for multiple positions. Most were Phone screens followed by 1 interview. One was a video montage followed by a phone screen and 1 interview. Another was a phone screen followed by a shadow day (3hrs shadowing the unit, 1hr interview)
