Interview
Telephone screen followed by a one day set of meetings. Meetings were with numerous individuals, a committee or two, a presentation, and then an exit interview with the decision makes.

Question 1
They asked if anything had happened to make me more sympathetic to the needs of others.
Applied online, then had a phone interview. In person interview was next and included a presentation on a provided topic. This second interview day was several hours and consisted or meeting with a number of different groups of people, including the chancellor for a few minutes.
