      Production Lead Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Penn State in Mar 2009

      Interview

I was first given a phone interview. After talking about my resume experience in general for about 15 minutes, I was invited in for an in-person interview. We set it up quickly, for the following week. I only waited about 5 minutes in the lobby, before being called back with apologies for the wait. Rather than a stiff, formal interview, it was more of a conversation. We talked about how my resume reflected my strengths and skills. They were interested in how I felt about Penn State in general. They were looking for someone who wanted to be there and wanted to grow in the position. The interview was about 1.5 hours. Everyone seemed to be in a good mood around the office and it was quite a pleasant environment. I did not end up getting an offer, however, I did get a satisfactory explaination for why I didn't (I didn't have quite enough experience and it was suggested I apply again in a year or two).
