Straight forward, companies director interviewed and after clearing 1st round then moved to client. The client in the commercial bank of Qatar was clear about the requirements and questions was easy.

Hiring process was done in 3 rounds. First round started on weekend, Saturday around 11.30 AM by the Product Manager. Interview lasted for 15 minutes. Next round with Director of the company. Interview lasted for 20 minutes. I was told they will check and arrange for next things. Immediately after few minutes, i was called and informed another round of interview by their Vice President on the same day @ 4 PM over telephone. I waited for call, VP of the company called @ 4:20 PM and said occupied with some work some where will connect on Monday. HR called me on Monday & scheduled interview @ 4 PM . Finally I visited them for the interview, waited for 45 mins and the VP asked multiple questions on varied subjects. One such was about Microservices implementation. I wanted to communicate to IT community that the interview process was good till 2 rounds. The third round of interview was inherently dishonest. I had varied expertise on multiple technology platforms with more than a decade experience. Handled & delivered projects at the offshore and onshore levels. I was completely dissatisfied by few of the questions the interviewer had asked. I clearly see the maturity in interviewing is completely missing and the person is blocker for allowing right & eligible talent to enter the company. I would the thank HR for providing an opportunity to get to know all these 1-1 interviews in software are a big menace where in at most places transparency is almost nil in providing the right feed back And the final sufferer is Interviewee and the Company

Two rounds of techinal and one manager round with questions around java basics and managerial round with the director himself. HR did not get back even after 2 weeks of process. Product based company with good scope of learning is what I read from reviews.
