Penrod interview questions

During the interview process, I first met with a recruiter to discuss my qualifications and the role. This was followed by a meeting with the hiring manager to explore your interest into the position and potential fit within the organization. Finally, I had a conversation with a peer currently in the role to gain insight into the day-to-day responsibilities and team dynamics.

Was scouted through LinkedIn and asked to interview for an Engagement Manager position. Before said interview, was asked to take an assessment questionnaire. They mentioned there were no wrong answers but obviously there were because after an hour on this waste of a survey, I was told there would be no interview.
