Applied online, received a call from a recruiter a few days later. Setup a phone interview, standard recruiter phone interview asking about position specific responsibilities, followed up a few weeks later and was told an in person interview would be next. Few more weeks went by, no follow up from the company. Called over a month later and was told they are not moving forward.

The process was fairly easy. The recruiter did a great job of laying everything out. I had an interview with a manager of several branches and the recruiter. Once I got past that stage I had an interview with the regional sales manager on site.

Interview
Short 15 minute interview. Didn't really dig too deep but they were friendly and professional. Most of the questions they asked seemed to focus on my customer service experience. They called back a little late though- like 4 weeks later, to say they weren't moving forward with it, and did not go into detail. But overall the process was fair and the people were friendly.
