Applied this past Monday and got a call the next day to interview in person on Friday. Had no idea what to expect but thought it would be a more casual initial interview. After I got there and was called back, I found myself talking to an HR manager, regional manager, and 2 other higher ups all at the same time in an intense grill session. They asked pretty difficult questions right out of the gate and I did what I could to give good answers but it was intimidating. After these 4 were done with me I went in and talked to the branch manager one on one for about half an hour. He was a fairly nice guy and I enjoyed talking to him. He even gave me his business card and told me to call him if I had any questions. I thought it went alright but I have doubts I'll get an offer after how it went as a whole. I thought it was rushed and I wasn't prepared for how intense of an interview I was walking into.
