I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Penske Truck Leasing
Interview
The entire process took just over a month due to both of our schedules. I applied online and received a phone call for my first interview with the District Rental Manager and the location Rental Manager. The following week I had a phone interview with the District Manager. At this point they wanted to see if I would be a good fit for the company. A couple weeks later I had the final interview with the Regional Manager. This was more of a candid conversation that an actual interview. The District Rental Manager is the one who does the actual hiring but the other interviews are to make sure that you would be a good fit for the company.

I interviewed at Penske Truck Leasing (Coppell, TX)
Interview
First was a phone interview, then a panel interview with multiple leads at the location. Overall was good but I didn’t end up moving forward with the company. They said if I was willing to relocate I could interview there.
I interviewed at Penske Truck Leasing (Alexandria, VA)
Interview
The interview process was relatively easy. Let you talk with people who actually work in the position beforehand as well which was nice. After that I talked with the manager and a manager above them.
I interviewed at Penske Truck Leasing (Montebello, CA)
Interview
Easy, enjoyed the process. Stayed with the company for about three years then moved into another role. Learn a lot of new skills and had growth opportunities. Would suggest interviewing here if looking to move into business.
