Two interviews. They decidedly quickly to hire me b/c they needed someone quickly & I had two years experience doing oil changes, brakes, brake chambers, tires; all the basic preventive maintenance stuff.

It was an ver the phone interview! Really easy, just asked basic questions about preventative maintenance etc. As long as you have a basic knowledge of automotive, you’ll do great!

Simple questions, what have you done? What are you familiar with? How long have you been in the field? What are your goals? Can you supply your own tools? Pretty straight forward. My interview was via video call, showed me around the shop to see what I’m familiar with.
