Just a phone interview/screening interview
Complete waste of time on my part. The recruiter clearly never read my cover letter or resume and was unprepared/unprofessional. Tries to ask me if I would be interested in another job because implying I don't have enough experience despite having my resume/cover letter outlying my experience and fitting the job ad's requirements.
Just a little waste of my time through unprepared recruiter so just my little rant. Recruiters should screen better resumes and cover letters if they are even interested. Feels like they randomly pick applications.

Interview
Peoples's United Bank internal recruiter contacted me. We had a phone interview and they offered me the position pending a background check. After the background check, they made a formal written offer. We discussed a start date and that was it.

There weren't any difficult or unexpected questions. It was an easy interview. The questions were job related and reasons for leaving previous employers.
