I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PeopleMatter (Charleston, SC)
Interview
I had a brief phone interview followed by a very in depth in person interview. I met with the current secretary. The job was described more as a "personal assistant". They were great about keeping me in the loop throughout the process.

Question 1
They were very interested in how well I could perform under stress, what type of experience I had in a similar role, how quickly I could start.

Interview
I met with three different individuals. The first half of the interview was a brief description of the position and the second half was a conversation about my experience and my role in the company. It was a great interview experience. I always prefer the conversation route vs. question and answer.

Question 1
What skills do you have that make you a good fit for this position?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PeopleMatter (Charleston, SC) in Jan 2013
Interview
Three rounds, once over phone then in person, and then there was a third interview with a panel representative of the types of people within the company with whom I'd be working. It was an enjoyable experience overall, and led to an offer. The only negative was how unwilling the company was to be flexible around my start date. I had wanted a week off between my old job and this one, but they said they needed me right away.
