I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Peoples Choice Staffing (Corona, CA)
Interview
Brief phone conversation with Chairman/Owner of company and 2 subsequent on sight interviews. Interviews are organized in that they interview from a pre-selected deck of behavioral questions. Interviews were disorganized in that the interviewers were being regularly interrupted and apologizing for interruptions to interview.

Chairman and CEO will request a presentation of a 30-60-90 plan for start up. This is a ruse on their part to steal others ideas without paying for the consulting.
Their follow-up and feedback on interviews is poor. The CEO promises response and feedback in a week and ignores date. When contacted to request response she ignores emails. This is a poor leader who is not able to address situations and give any feedback
