Percept Solutions interview questions

2 rounds of interviews. First round was via video call. Second round was at the company's office in person. In the first round, the interviewer asked questions to make a character assessment. The second interview had the interviewers ask about past work I have done as stated in my resume. The problem with this interview was that the job title ("Junior IT Security Engineer") did not match the role I applied for, which was a call center where shift work is required as you will be servicing customers globally.
