Phone screen makes sure that you meet job listing requirements, gets a feel of if you fit the culture, and salary range was discussed during this phone screen. Second interview was via Zoom (camera on) with direct supervisor where more technical questions are asked and you turn in your portfolio for review. Third and fourth interviews are with colleagues you’re expected to work with (camera optional) and it’s more of a meet and greet “do we like you” interview. All stages of the interview process emphasized cultural fit which is big for Perceptyx as a people-first company. All interviews were one on ones and scheduled for 45 minutes but all of mine tended to err closer to 1 hour.
