This was for a backend position. I applied through a recruiter. It was the usual phone screens and then "onsite" technical whiteboard interviews.
The first person I talked to lacked professionalism and couldn't sit still. Bounced all around the room over the course of the chat.
The next couple people were somewhat ok, some standard pointer/reading questions, csv questions.
The last guy technical question came from a person who with a "I'm smarter than you" attitude, and clearly had a chip on his shoulder from the get-go.
Then i talked with some product folks, answered architecture questions, and was grilled about scalability.
Overall the senior/upper management here seemed super arrogant with a "you're wasting my time" and "we're doing _you_ the favor" attitude. Overall it was a really unpleasant experience.
