Phone interview, then face to face. The interviewer was 30 minutes late. If I candidate was late, a company would not even consider a applicant for the position. Asked security concerned about the interviewer being late, he indicated the interview was on break. When he did came down, he did not apologize for his tardiness. He had me sit to shadow someone, not only was he late, now the interview is more delayed. I have over 8 years experience doing this job. I asked how long would I be shadowing . He states Ohh you got somewhere to be you need to reschedule? Red flag. He went into behavioral question as I was answering he literally rolled his eyes, did not seemed concerned or engaged. Totally unprofessional, and this is who the company has representing them. Not a good look at all.
