Recruiter screening followed by take home assessment. The recruiter was very friendly and informative. The take home assessment was missing some requirements which I was then judged on, and rejected. Take home assessments are already a negative experience for interviewing, personally, so the overall experience was negative. I'd prefer to work at a place which places an emphasis on person to person communication, but that was clearly not their priority. I don't think I would have been a good match if this was their approach.
