Interview
For the most part, it wasn't really an "interview" - they brought me in, had me meet with the VP of Sales and the Sales Manager at the time, and both mostly talked to me about the company. They didn't seem to care much about who they put in the role. They did ask a couple of the trite, outdated interview questions.
