Pathetic company. I advise freshers to avoid joining there. Your life may get hectic. No manners at all, even before they hire they show no respect at all, avoid going and getting mad at the attitude these guys shows towards you. Extremely dissatisfied with the company staff. There are total five rounds. First round is written test(MCQ and there are two program questions which you have to write). Other four rounds are face to face interview rounds. The whole interview process taken 1 day. In every face to face interview rounds they mostly asked me to tell about your Academic project. The final interview round is taken by Mr. Liju Raj pillai the CEO and Co-founder of company, In this final round I felt that the CEO given more importance to percentage not knowledge, and Whenever I try to answer his questions, without hearing my answer he jumped to next question, and this way I got confused.
