Performance Aircraft Services interview questions

I was sat in the office of the HR manager and asked what aircraft I have experience on and for how long on each. Briefly discussed benefits and job locations. He went on to describe that it's a woman-owned company and that I was required to pass a drug test, background check, and preliminary testing before I could start. I feel that they already made their decision before the interview and it was all just a formality.
