I was impressed with the interview process from the first point of contact which was essentially a recruiter doing a phone screen. They treated me with respect and were up front and honest with none of the typical interview games. The in person interview was also handled well. I took a series of computerized tests, met with one of the people I'd be working with directly and spoke on point with the hiring manager. I got the sense that it was a very professional environment. They were even very willing to grant me some flexibility on my potential start date as I was re-entering the workforce after having a child and was having trouble lining up care that would match the hours of the position.
