Perkbox Sales Development Representative SDR interview questions

There was the recruiter call which was about 10 mins and then the interview was 30 minutes with the hiring manager and another manager. There were no trick questions and it was super straight forward. In general, the managers seemed nice. The process was also VERY quick. I was called within less than 24 hours and interviewed within a week. I was impressed. I declined the offer because of two reasons 1) basic pay offered was 30k with expected OTE to max out at 45k. This was pre-covid but maybe that’s changed. 2) I could handle the pay if I thought the culture was good. But there many red flags during the interview. Such as the following comments “we work hard, play hard” - “we’re like a family” - “lots of employees spend the weekend together”.
