Took about a month, but it was one great experience. Had the technical & techno-managerial rounds taken by the same manager, and a managerial round by on-site senior manager. Things went very smooth (I noticed the on-site person went really through my cv, while only emphasized notes are usually noted) As for organization & interaction, I hardly ever felt this connected to an employer before even being onboarded. Great policies, and very Employee friendly from day -60. Highly recommend anyone looking for a job, PerkinElmer is an org I can recommend blindly. I still feel saddened by the fact that my other personal reasons & preferences led me to move on with other org. Yes, they were this much friendly.
