Interview
I applied online and received a phone interview invitation after two weeks. They asked similar questions during the first phone and the second in person interview. They took the time for the conversations and introductions. I am only disappointed in their follow up after the second interview, they said that they would contact me within 2,5 week. They didn't and sent a short rejection after I had sent an email about an update regarding my application status. They also didn't want to give me any feedback about the decision process after I emailed and called.

Question 1
They asked regular questions:
* Tell me about yourself and your background/work experience.
* Why do want to work for our company/ why are you interested in this position?
* What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Deeper questions about my work experience:
* Which SAP version did you use?
* Which codes in SAP did you frequently use at your last position?
* Which modules in SAP did you use?
* How did you handle the RMA process?
* How did a 8 hours working day look like?
* How many orders did you approximately process during a day?
* How many phone calls and emails did you receive during a day?
Really easy and hr manager was kind and proactive.
By the end the entire process was simple and relaxing.
The last step with the general manager was the same, I can say that in Perkin Elmer we are a family.
It was well managed interview process, it began with a brief HR interview and two technical rounds. the time consumed in decision making was more than 2 months. But at the end it was worth waiting.

Interview
direct reference, call, personal interview, final selection (if your boss consider you as a poor guy with no brains), HR will send offer letter and you can join very next day.
