Interview process was very straightforward they were happy to see some relevant work that spoke to their current projects. They were very friendly and open about their policies on remote work. It was a good conversation and got to know about their office culture as well.
I met with the design team I would have been working with which was a great discussion, then with HR. The HR rep spent most of our meeting telling me why the (seemingly very standard) corporate workplace culture of Perkins and Will was so amazing citing a 'group drone photo' as peak cultural pride. It was kind of painful to listen to and felt very forced, as I don't believe culture comes from taking a drone photo. It was really hard to connect with them because of how "corporate kool-aid" it sounded.
Average and very informative. I went through 3 interviews and finally received an offered letter. The interview was for 30 minutes. There were at least 3 company employees in the interview.
