Les entretiens suivants impliquent souvent différentes équipes pour évaluer l'adéquation culturelle et professionnelle. Enfin, un entretien de confirmation peut être prévu pour discuter des derniers détails et formalités. The overall process was good. The questions were balanced between competency based and situational. I felt the interview was quite personal and felt the questions were tailored to the information they already knew about me. The interviews were done with the hiring manager only and I think it would be of benefit to have a HR representative present. I felt the feedback session post-interview was where the improvement could be
