The interview process was quite smooth. I first had a phone interview with Monica (Sr. Tallent Acquisition). Monica gave me information on the company and we spoke about what I was looking for as well as my background. My next interview was in-person with Monica and Mike (the Fleet Manager). About a day later I received the offer letter.
