Please be cautious of this "company." The main interview (the second interview of the three) will seem more like a sales pitch to a luxury life than an interview. they will share the salary of the highest level of employee and IM NOT JOKING: A private company yacht. (Sounds like a great company expense.)
I felt like they were not telling me something (or a few things.) I would ask about the company mission and vision, no one had the same answer. They will also tell you how they are international and have offices throughout the world. This may be true or false, I'm not sure. All I do know is that the listed headquarters is in Houston. and the office that you will be interviewed in is quite old and cheap. It feels like the 99 cent store equivalent of office space. And if this wasn't a warning enough, they share that office with 6 other companies. I know this because I asked how many tenants were in that single office space. I find it hard to believe that this international company with many worldwide offices has to share its headquarters office.
There are 3 rounds of interviews. The first one lasts 10 minutes and is there to weed out unqualified candidates. The second is around 1 hour. The second one includes waiting in the waiting room for 30 minutes after your appointment time. You will be assigned a full-time consultant to fully interview you. The office is too loud to conduct professional interviews so you are driven to a nearby Starbucks by the employee (no matter how great or bad of a driver they are.) After the interview, you will be given a survey and your interview + survey will indicate if you get the third interview which will be over the phone.
As soon as we got back to the shared main office, I filled out the survey and indicated that I did not want to work for them and therefore did not want to receive any offer (if I even made the last round. )
