Had a wonderful time being interviewed by an HR rep, it ended with them telling me that they’ll be contacting me soon to arrange a second interview. Weeks went by and I sent some follow up emails, and finally got told that they went ahead with other candidates. Not the most professional way to handle things after starting off so good.

The recruiter clearly communicated what to prepare for and expect at each step of the interview process. Communication was pro-active, and any email I sent was replied to within a day or two. Despite not receiving an offer, I had a positive experience due to how well-organized their processes were.
