I applied. About a month later they told me they were interested and asked me to do some psychometric tests ( college level ). I passed, a week later they asked me to schedule a call, they had space available for two weeks past. I did, had the first call with a girl that I could sweat was like AI talking. Everything I would say she would respond with “Amazing xxxx, that’s great to hear!” Which I though was weird. A week after that she sent me an email that I had passed and now I needed to have an interview with the founders. It was a WhatsApp interview, she added me to a group with her and the two founders and asked me the exact same questions that she did on the first interview. This one was supposed to test my writing skills. The founders up to this day have not even seen the messages I sent there, so it was kind of pointless. After that I had ANOTHER call with another HR girl, who would also get very excited about my answers. She said in a week they would pair me with a client. A week passed an no sign from them, so I emailed her asking for updates, she said they were working on it and it seemed they had a client for me but in something a bit different. I said it was ok, she said she would contact me the next week with more info. By this time, it had been over a month with the whole selection/ interviewing process. A week later I asked again, she said the client had backed out but if I wanted they could keep my info and contact me if they found something for me. It was just completely insane the waste of time and lack of seriousness. I truly believe this is just a scam to get info from you and your biometrics for something else.
