Interview
Very smooth process, great communication throughout and lovely friendly people co-ordinating along the way. Intense process but showed how they want specific people and to align with the goals of the company.
Interview process changes from position to position. In general, it includes a screening part followed by a quick interview with HR. 2 to 3 rounds of interviews with key departments with consecutive increase in interviewer's grade

Interview
Im ersten Schritt erfolgte ein kurzes Videotelefonat mit einer Recruiterin. Im zweiten Schritt folgte ein persönliches Gespräch im Münchner Büro mit dem Head of Implementation. Vor dem Gespräch wurde ich von einer netten Personalerin kurz durchs Büro geführt. Am folgenden Tag kam dann die Zusage per Telefon.
