Probably one of the most impressive HR/TA interviews I have had to date. TA Manager truly impressed me with in-depth knowledge about the role and the department, it almost felt like I was talking to a leader of that team. I also loved that it was a 45 mins call (vs the usual 20-30 min one sided TA screening call) during which they not only spent a lot of time really getting to know me and understand my experience, but also gave me a detailed overview of the team and the role. Unfortunately it didn't work out this time, nevertheless, the interview was well worth my time. I have pretty strong knowledge of recruiting processes both as being an applicant but also as someone who has been working in the industry for a while and wish more HR interviews were like this. I'm delighted to see Personio's commitment to creating a strong hiring process for everyone involved and want to give a major shout out to the Senior TAM I spoke to!
