Perusal Global interview questions

There were 2 rounds of interviews and 1 HR Screening Test. They don't have a HR Department and want to build one. The interview was fairly similar to any other however, the company does not even have the courtesy to inform the candidate that they have not been selected. Despite trying to reach them for feedback, there was no response. If a candidate is called to their office, made to wait for 2 hours and give 2 rounds and a screening test, the least they could do is give them feedback. But seems like that is also not doable by Perusal Global. Pls do not waste someone's effort and time and have some decency to respond if you're running a company.
